These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BloomFollowers' website and services ("Service"). By placing an order or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Service.
BloomFollowers is an Instagram growth service that delivers real engagement - including followers, likes, views, and comments - from real Instagram accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or partners. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BloomFollowers' services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
BloomFollowers provides Instagram engagement services, including:
Instagram followers (High-Quality, Active, Exclusive/VIP tiers)
Instagram likes (posts, Reels, Stories, Live, comment likes, auto-likes)
Instagram views (Reels, Stories, video posts, IGTV)
Instagram comments (custom and randomized)
Instagram bundles combining multiple services
Orders are processed upon confirmed payment.
Delivery begins within minutes for most packages.
Larger packages use gradual drip-feed delivery over 1-7 days to maintain natural growth patterns.
BloomFollowers requires only your Instagram username or content URL to deliver services. We will never request your Instagram password or login credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring your Instagram profile is set to "public" at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to private accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring your Instagram username remains unchanged during the delivery period. Service interruptions caused by switching to a private profile or changing your username do not entitle you to a refund for the affected period.
BloomFollowers cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free delivery. Delivery may be affected by Instagram platform changes, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.
All prices are listed in USD and are final at checkout. There are no hidden fees, service charges, or additional taxes added during the payment process.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more).
Payment is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. BloomFollowers does not store your credit card details on our servers. PayPal, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency transactions are handled entirely through those platforms' own secure systems.
Orders are non-transferable after payment.
By purchasing our services, you confirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback through your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or any other payment provider without first contacting BloomFollowers's support team to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with our support team, BloomFollowers reserves the right to:
Permanently ban your account and IP address
Remove any services previously delivered
Submit all relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider

BloomFollowers offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all services.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order ID and the reason for your request.
Our support team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Free credits, promotional services, or bonus deliveries
Services that have been fully delivered as described at the time of purchase
Accounts that have violated these Terms of Service
Orders where the customer changed their Instagram username or switched to a private profile during the delivery period
Multiple refund requests from the same customer for the same or different services intended to exploit the refund policy
BloomFollowers reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity.
Follower orders include a 60-day refill guarantee.
Likes and views on Premium and VIP tiers include retention guarantees as specified on the respective product page.
If engagement drops below the purchased amount during the guarantee period, BloomFollowers will automatically refill the difference at no additional cost.
Refills are triggered automatically by our monitoring system. If a refill has not occurred within 48 hours of a detected drop, contact support.
The refill guarantee does not cover drops caused by:
Instagram account deletion or deactivation by the account holder
Profile setting changes to private during the guarantee period
Instagram username changes during the guarantee period
Violations of Instagram's Terms of Service by the account holder
Instagram platform-wide purges of accounts unrelated to BloomFollowers' service
Certain services may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions"), including auto-likes, auto-comments, and auto-views that deliver engagement to new posts automatically on a recurring basis. When you purchase a Subscription, you authorize BloomFollowers and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis starting on the date of your first purchase. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to renewal.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your BloomFollowers account dashboard, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated once charged, except where required by applicable law or as stated in Section 6 (Refund Policy). If you cancel mid-period, you will not receive a partial refund for the remainder of the billing period.
To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, Subscription delivery is limited to a maximum of four (4) new posts per account per calendar day. Posts published beyond this daily limit may not receive Subscription delivery and will not be carried over, credited, or refunded. BloomFollowers may adjust this limit at any time as part of operational controls.
Daily delivery amounts, timing, and pacing may vary. BloomFollowers does not guarantee an exact delivery schedule. We may adjust delivery pacing for operational constraints, platform limitations, risk controls, or quality measures. You are responsible for ensuring your account remains eligible for delivery (public profile, unchanged username) during the Subscription period.
BloomFollowers may change Subscription pricing, features, or plan structures from time to time. If a change affects your Subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Pricing changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you must cancel before it takes effect.
Account creation is optional. You may check out as a guest.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account benefits include order tracking, order history, returning customer discounts, auto-engagement features, and saved comment templates.
BloomFollowers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Provide false or misleading information during checkout
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our delivery systems or platform
Resell BloomFollowers services without written authorization
Abuse the refund or refill systems through repeated or fraudulent requests
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the BloomFollowers website or services
Impersonate another person or entity when placing orders
All services provided by BloomFollowers are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BloomFollowers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
BloomFollowers does not warrant or guarantee:
Specific results, engagement rates, reach, sales, or revenue from using our services
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our platform or delivery systems
That engagement delivered will lead to specific outcomes on Instagram's platform, including but not limited to Explore page placement, increased organic reach, brand partnerships, or account growth
The accuracy or reliability of any information on our website
You acknowledge that Instagram growth is influenced by many factors beyond BloomFollowers's control, including Instagram's algorithm, your content quality, your posting frequency, your niche, and changes to the Instagram platform itself.
BloomFollowers provides engagement services designed to support your Instagram growth strategy. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, higher organic reach, Explore page placement, brand partnerships, or any particular level of account growth. Results vary based on your content, audience, niche, and how Instagram's platform and algorithm operate at any given time.
Our guarantees (refill, refund) cover the delivery of the services you purchased - not the downstream results of having those services on your account.
In no event shall BloomFollowers or its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use our services, even if BloomFollowers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BloomFollowers is not responsible for changes to Instagram's platform, policies, or algorithm that may affect delivered engagement after the guarantee period.
BloomFollowers is not liable for any actions Instagram takes against your account that are unrelated to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BloomFollowers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your violation of any third-party rights, including Instagram's Terms of Service
Any fraudulent or misleading information you provide to BloomFollowers
BloomFollowers is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their partners. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. BloomFollowers is not responsible for any actions Instagram takes regarding your account, including account restrictions, content removal, or engagement adjustments that occur as part of Instagram's own platform operations.
Our website uses third-party services for payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency gateways), analytics, and customer support. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BloomFollowers is not responsible for their operation, availability, or data handling practices.
We require your Instagram username to obtain the information needed for service delivery. We do not store, sell, or distribute your username to any third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.
All content on BloomFollowers.com - including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software - is the property of BloomFollowers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Permission is granted to temporarily view materials on BloomFollowers' website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
BloomFollowers reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

Suspected fraud, abuse, or exploitation of our refund or refill systems
Chargeback initiation without prior contact with our support team
Reselling BloomFollowers services without written authorization
Conduct that we determine is harmful to our platform, other users, or our reputation
Upon termination, your right to use BloomFollowers' services ceases immediately. Any pending orders may be canceled, and BloomFollowers is not obligated to refund services already delivered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of BloomFollowers' services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact BloomFollowers at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. BloomFollowers will make reasonable efforts to respond within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in Section 18.
You agree that any claims against BloomFollowers will be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against BloomFollowers.
BloomFollowers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, government actions or regulations, changes to Instagram's platform or API, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, pandemics, wars, or any other force majeure event.
By using BloomFollowers' services or creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, delivery updates, support responses, promotional offers, and policy changes. These communications may be sent via email to the address you provide at checkout or account creation. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but transactional communications related to your orders will continue as long as you use our services.
BloomFollowers serves customers worldwide. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of BloomFollowers's services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to digital marketing, online purchases, and social media engagement.
